Islamabad News: In the recent notification, the Faisal Town Group announced the new advance tax rates on Faisal Town Phase 2 installments for the 2026-27 year. The decision is based on Section 236-K of the Income Tax Ordinance for all property installments. This directive will be effective from 1st August 2026. 

Advance Tax Breakdown

The summary of the Faisal Town Phase 2 installments advance tax rates is as follows:

• For Filers: 1.25%
• For Non-filer: 10%

We recommend that our customers register themselves in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan so that they can get relief in the new advance tax 2026-27 rates.

Address to Customers 

Customers who complete their registration and appear on the FBR’s Active Taxpayers List (ATL) will automatically qualify for the lower 1.25% tax rate. Management advises all plot holders to clear pending documentation and verify their tax credentials with the administration before the August 1 implementation date.
